My Story
Hello I’m Nic,
I am a recovering people pleaser, workaholic and perfectionist.
Everyday was chaotic, I was living in constant overwhelm and struggled to find any time for myself. Juggling work and family led me straight to burn out, not once but twice.
I made a decision to to break free from this cycle of exhaustion and rediscovered the beauty of a slower, more intentional lifestyle.
Prioritising yourself isn't selfish, taking care of yourself means you'll have the energy and capacity to be there for everyone else as well as free up time and energy to enjoy life itself.
I’m an accredited Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Life coach which gives me the tools and knowledge to support you on your journey towards finding more balance in your life too.
