Easy Like a Sunday Morning

We’ll be gently easing into the morning with a beautiful flower arranging workshop led by florist Hannah.

Putting those brakes on busy life as we gather around the farmhouse table dunking biscuits in our tea, listening to chilled out Ibiza vibes and loose ourselves in mindful creativity.

Take your flowers home with you, spreading those happy vibes.

Reflect and Rise

Find calm and clarity on our group coaching and journaling workshop, explore ways you can to boost your JOY and live a more intentional life. A gentle, supportive space led by Nic hosted within the peaceful farmhouse gardens.

You will find clarity on what truly matters to you so you can better protect your time and energy levels in a world intent on stealing it.

A chance to pause, find some glorious headspace and focus on YOU!

Because life is too short to spend it like your on an endless treadmill.

“I would totally recommend this to anyone that feels the need for some ‘me time’ balance and reflection.” Vicky

“Beautiful day I left feeling refreshed, focused and revived, we care for others but it’s so important to look after yourself as well. Self care is everything!” Danielle

“Grounding, peaceful, slow just a few words that covers off the retreat day. Nic has such a calming manner & really cares about making your experience the best it can be. If you are finding life a bit manic and full on and need to embrace slowing it down. Highly recommended”. Amy
